I'm looking for someone in the Philadelphia area who is familiar with wholesaling and wouldn't mind helping me get through my first deal. I'm pretty confident that I could do it on my own but would love to see how its done first. I could bring the deal and the buyer and looking to split the assignment 50/50. When talking to a potential buyer and they ask how would you make your money from the deal that you bring to them, what is the best response?

Does anybody know of any wholesalers in the Philadelphia area that are known and recommended for good business. I'm looking to get involved in the trade and would like to meet one that can guide me in the right direction.

Hey BP community, my name is Bryan. Born and raised in West Philadelphia and recently moved out to Lansdowne. I just graduated from Shippensburg University last May with a bachelors in Criminal Justice. I've been on the career search since graduation and is still in the hunt. I'm currently going through the U.S. Customs process(which seems as though it takes forever) and also just applied for probation officer.

I'm looking to get involved in wholesale real estate to start off my path to success and eventually move on to investing once I build my capital. I don't have any real estate experience but hope and look forward to gaining a lot through this site. I would love to connect with someone doing wholesale in the Philadelphia area who could give me some more information and to help me get started.
