We just got an estimate to build a 108' wide by 27' deep steel building with 8 units for around $47,000 ($16.11 per sq ft). This includes the building, doors and gutters. It will sit on a concrete pad ($12,000). Hope this helps.

HiTony,

I would suggest that you start the process of ownership change with section 8 as soon as possible. It's not complicated but takes a bit of time to get everything processed. In one instance I did not notify them in time and the payment that was supposed to go to me went to the previous owner. It all got resolved but could have been smoother.

Personally, I like to deliver the ownership change letter directly so I have a chance to meet all the tenants - and they get to know me as well.
