Good morning Beatrice,

When communicating with the buyer, you should only provide them with the purchase price. This is crucial for their financial and decision-making process. Additionally, you don't want the buyer to have his decision affected by them knowing how much money you are making. Realistically they will discover the contract price eventually, but for initial discussions focused on running numbers, disclosing the price they will be paying is enough.

Reach out if you have more questions.

Hello Bernardo, isn't the purchase price the contract price or the listed price?

Thank you for the clarification Bernardo.

you're saying "listed" as if the property is listed on the MLS, and therefore has a listed price. is that accurate? if so... that likely is not going to work. the whole point of wholesaling is to find distressed, off market properties.

 Thank you Nicholas.

Thank you for the information Bernardo.

Thank you Wayne.

Hello, please advice. Is it wise to wholesale a property that's a "Short sale?" How does that work with wholesale. Is it advisable to do b so or not

Thank you for that information.

Thank you very much! That's a good clarification.

Thank you Bernando. I appreciate your response. For my clarification, the purchase price will be what's on my contract correct? Example if the home is listed for $ 50, I have a contract for $40... I give the buyer the $40.
