Hey ya'll, anybody know of lenders that would be willing to help me open up a heloc on an 8 unit? i currently owe 150 on it and it would conservatively appraise at 500+.

Hi All - my name is Beda and I'm from Oakland, CA. I have invested in Cincinnati for the past several years now but as you likely know, it's hard to come by good deals as of recent. For that reason, I'm coming into town to roll up my sleeves and knock on some doors for SFH's!
I'll be in town starting tomorrow 3/15-3/25. Aside from walking neighborhoods and working my day job (pst hours), I would love to have coffee with you if you think we might be able to work together in some capacity. I mostly need help finding good deals. I am open to SFHs, MFs, distressed, and depending on condition/price, I can make cash offers for fast closes. Just closed on my last property last week so my lender is all up to date w/ my docs.
I have most my team in place...PM, lenders, GC's, but am always open to networking more! Let me know if you'd like to meet sometime this week!
Looking forward to this!

Hey yall
anybody know much about the process or methods behind school boards combing through LLC transfers to notify the county auditor to manually increase taxes? Do you know how they target these llc transfers? do they go down the list, or cherry pick the high value?
have you personally dealt with this, and how did you response? if you fight it, whats the likelihood you'll win the case?
any info or context would be greatly appreciated
this is specifically in regards to cincinnati, OH
