Hello my name is Bedford and I just recently turned 20 last month. This is my first time posting on the bigger pockets form although I have listen to the podcast and been signed up for years now. Now that I’m a little older I can take my future into my own hands With a firmer grasp. I have recently gained around 45k off of my cryptocurrency investments and I’m looking to run up as much as I can before the end of this year. My goal is to why a duplex or a four flat and house Hack it with my girlfriend. I live in the Chicago area and I am open and willing to learn from anyone in the area who knows about the real estate game. My ultimate goal is to become financially free and I feel like I have the foundation and the knowledge to get there I just need a little help when it comes to guidance because I am new to this and I own no properties. Just looking for some knowledge and a little guidance and your reply’s would help me a ton. So what is the best course of action when it comes to buying your first property? Thank you.
