Thanks for welcoming me to this forum I wanted to tell you about myself and what I do for a living, but I apologize if I went against the rules.
Please forgive me.

My name is Michael Henderson and I'm from chicago my company name is Sylver Enterprise, Inc. which is a real estate investment company, short sales only, also my company is an affiliate of "funding for the benefit of humanity".
These are lenders that prefer to take an equity position on the back end of the deal and fund 100% of the financing for your project. They also will reimburse any monies spent on land acquistion and your proforma.

Greetings everyone,

I have been investing in real estate for 5 yrs now doing short sales,
I have made some money and lost some money thru trial and error,
but we make mistakes and we learn from them and never give up on ourselves.
In the last 3 weeks of december I have been looking at the commercial real estate market and I am working with a company that can fund commercial and residential real estate and development projects,
but the program is unique meaning that you can receive 100% financing, also there is no debt service,no interest, and no money down, but they only fund projects that require 50 million or more.
