@Don Konipol I really appreciate your in depth response. That makes sense regarding what you said about the college courses vs the gurus. I guess I initially misunderstood what you said regarding college and assumed you meant a 4 year degree. For a 20 year old who doesn't really have much experience in real estate, aside from doing some wholesaling (only got one house under contract, but wasn't able to find a buyer) while in high school, are there any specific topics you would suggest me start with in addition to obtaining my broker/salesman licensure? I live in Houston, so will most likely be operating in that market unless I move. I appreciate it.
