I agree. I think we are going to airbnb the CA place!

Hey Mohammed,

Thank you so much for your reply! I'm guessing it would be easiest for them to come two weeks before their move in date and get an Airbnb and tour different options and make a decision quickly like you said.

Good afternoon,

I am helping my in-laws with finding a place to rent in NYC (Chelsea / Greenwich Village area/ Upper West side). My mother in-law just got into art school (at 55, she's SO awesome) they need help finding a place. In their dream scenario they would find someone who is looking for a place in Pasadena, CA where they have a 3/2 house and they could swap places for a year while she goes to school. The odds of that are very slim so they are also looking for help to rent a place. August  (24) - August (25). If you know of anyone out there that could help that would be so amazing!!

Thank you

Hey Arthur,

That's a great idea!

Hey @Erik Estrada I will message you directly.

Hey Erik,

I believe the reason it is being sold as raw land is because of the well being disconnected upon sale. The home is permitted, has a dead, and title.

I have identified a property with significant value, but its purchase is complicated. I am seeking a private loan to facilitate the process. The property is being sold as raw land below its tax-assessed value. The sale price is $375,000, while the tax-assessed value is $535,000. Another appealing aspect of this property is that it includes a house currently occupied by an older couple.

One major issue is that the house and the neighboring property share a well. However, the seller have agreed to disconnect the well upon sale. This situation makes most traditional loans not viable. The plan is to make a quick purchase and refinance, installing a new well. The anticipated value after these improvements is estimated to be between $550,000 and $650,000.

I only have enough cash to put down 10% if you know of a lender or private money investor who would be a good fit please reach out to me directly or comment below.

This will be my 4th BRRR property.

Howdy! My wife and I are planning on moving to the Charlotte area and are looking to house hack! We've completed 4 successful deals already (Mostly in the Ohio area, but also a few in Texas). Our preference would be to find a duplex to move into! If anyone has a direction to help point us into that would be awesome!

Thank you!
