Hi everyone,

I would like to hear the experience from anyone who invests in Aberdeen, WA currently. I wanted to get a gauge on how the market there is performing right now. Has Covid been a significant factor recently in the amount of delinquency in collecting rent?  Have there been high vacancies or difficult tenants in this market?  We are interested in investing there, specifically in a multifamily property. Anyone willing to give advice about a specific property there?

I'm looking for an experienced property management team to manage single family homes in Oklahoma City.  I have recently 3 homes being rehabbed, with the possibility of growing to 20+ doors by next year.  The property manager would be responsible for collecting rent, managing repairs, tenant procurement, etc.  Referrals are appreciated!

Can anyone recommend a hard money lender with good reputation/service and ability to close fast? Do any of these companies offer the ability to refinance into a 30 year long term rental loan? Looking to acquire single family homes BRRR. I'm looking for lenders in Oklahoma does loans 50K-200K.
