I've been reading up on the real estate business and decided I want to make this a reality for me. Looking to get started buying SFHs in the Polk County area. Mainly Winter Haven, Lakeland, Haines City, and Davenport. I am familiar with the county but I will definitely venture out once I get my feet wet. Looking for any recommendations for building a solid team since I will be out of state for the first couple of years. Plus looking into any insight on real estate investing in general.
