Hello all!

I have a little question… I have stumbled upon a mansion that has been converted to a 9 unit. When talking to a lender, what are the possible loans I could get? The lender said that I wouldn’t be able to get a long term and mentioned something about a ballooning loan? Does anyone have any experience or insight into this type of deal? Thanks.

I am a listener for about a year now and boy am I glad I stumbled upon your podcast! I have always wanted to be a real estate investor and just never came across this awesome medium to gain knowledge! I am currently in the Colorado Springs area, looking to sell my house and start investing in properties back home around Wichita, Ks. I am going to be getting a nice chunk from equity from my home sale and really want to start my business of real estate off right. I think I have found the right place to sit down and take notes! I appreciate all the helpful podcast contributors and everyone that has put effort to give any advice on here! Much appreciated!
