@Shawn Holsapple Those investor association links are just what I was looking for, thank you!

I've done a lot of reading on BP and elsewhere, but several of the books you listed are new to me, so I will definitely look at them.

Hopefully you'll hear from me soon with a deal. Is there a particular ROI you look for? Any specific input to a wholesaler wanting to sell to you?

Hello!

I'm looking to begin wholesaling in Greenwood, IN. I live in Greenwood, and I'm the pastor of a small church in Fairland, IN.

I'll originally be operating with very low resources, which is the reason wholesaling seems best for me right now. I hope to use this as a means of income for this calendar year and evaluate where to go for next year.

I'm very interested in connecting with anyone, particularly buyers in my area or other wholesalers who want to exchange ideas and information.

Would anyone in the Indianapolis area know the best way to meet other investors? Also, would anyone have input on effective ways to find properties without direct mail?

Thanks.
