Would getting a real estate license and selling real estate first be a good way to learn the business? Could it be a good angle to learn as aspiring investor?

So I want to ask some of the more seasoned investors. I've watched several podcast now and seen several people that go from 0 units to 25 or 50 in just a matter of a few years. I don't understand the financial aspect of this and how it's done. How do they expand so quickly?

So I am looking to purchase my first property. This place has been foreclosed and has potential for appreciation. In this particular place the market is good for flipping. My problem is getting a bank to lend to me. I've been to the tax office to find out what the home is worth and it is worth a significant amount more than what the bank is asking. Could I use the fact that the home is worth more as it sits as  collateral for the loan be as the bank could easily make they're money? Or would they laugh at me?

My name is Ben Willis. I am from mitchell county GA, where I was born and raised. I come from a very low income family where i am the first person in my family to attend college. I am currently taking classes At Georgia Southern University! GATA! I am only 21 years old but i have taken several classes on real estate from names most of you probably know like Dave Ramsey and Robert Kiyosaki. I have a goal and that goal is to be financially stable before i graduate in the the next 2 years. that may sound fast but i know many of you have probably moved mountains in that time. Im not looking for anyones money or a job i just want advise! I want to know where to start! I need a plan! I am very serious about this and I'm going to make it happen one way or another! I am not afraid to fail! I have nothing to lose. I know their are people out there living amazing lives and I want to be one of them. Not only that i want to one day be in the position to help someone. Anyone that could give me tips or any kind of advise shoot me a message! Even criticism like " hey kind you don't know what your talking about or whatever. Im very excited and ready to start this journey. I am looking forward to hearing from someone. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
