I’ve come across a triplex for sale for 275k, total income is $2,340 a month. Class B neighborhood that is about 17 years old. 2br/2b units. Any idea on how good of a deal this is or worth looking into? What’s a good way to judge how good a deal is? Besides just a real obvious good deal how do you decide if a property is worth buying? Example would be needing xx amount of cash flow a month etc.

Thanks in advance!
