Hello all,

I will be taking my RE license exam next month in Dallas, Texas and am looking for a brokerage firm. Is there a brokerage firm that allows me to personally invest in properties (top priority) and also work part time as a RE agent? Is it even possible to work part time as a RE agent? I have a full time job that is flexible with the schedule/hours.

My husband and I currently have two cash-flowing rental properties and hope to increase the number of units.

Thank you,

Janel and Ben

@Ezra Mash

I am considering the wholesaling approach to buy more property since the funds from my day job are allocated to pay off student loans.

In your experience, what was the key factor that allowed you to gain momentum on your first wholesale deal?

Anyone have experience buying property in Puerto Rico? Is the process materially different from buying property in the continental US?
