@Michael Slockers I was also born and raised in Tulsa but have since moved out of state. Would I be able to get your wholesale contacts. Also I’d love to have a quick conversation with you. To hear what your doing and any thoughts on the area you have.

@Grace A. Thanks for the advice! I’m defiantly sold on hiring a CPA.

@Helen Lowery

Thanks for the reply.

That’s what I was thinking. Now just to find one.

@Michael Plaks

I completely understand what you guys are going through. It’s crazy right now. However when I reached out to them it was January before any of this happened.

I will dm you.

@Mike Olszewski

Will do! Thanks for the info.

@Bill Crow

That was what I was thinking but I’ve been having trouble finding one. I don’t mind paying the money it’s just finding the right person that will be willing to walk me through it is the problem. I’ve talked to a couple and one was real shady and the other took two weeks just to reply.

@Aaron K. Correct. But at the time it was the only way for me to have the cash to close. I have since built up my reserves.

@Aaron K. Sorry for the confusion. I was the buyers realtor “represented myself”. I received a commission.

@Aaron K.

I was wondering if there was a way around deprecation since I’m not renting the whole house. Also I had a realtor commission and had to put a new roof on it.
