I have 5 properties I want to unload for a client before a move out of state. All units are owned free and clear. One is oleander area. One in oildale. One is in southwest. Two in lake Isabella. Must be sold as a bundle for a steal of a price. Where can I find serious investors who buy in these bundles?

I am willing to sell them for like 590k for all 5. Each has long term tenants. The houses are in awesome shape. I’m leaving equity on the deal. They are all owned with no mortgages or seconds on them. I just want to sell them as a bundle before I leave CA

I have 5 homes that I am looking to unload as a packaged deal. It is pretty simple I need to get rid of them, but don't need to give them away. 4,300k a month in rental income coming in. 40-60k of equity that you also get not to mention that each of these properties are currently rented with long term renters. They are not fixers. They are ready to go... what would be your best advice on this? I do not want to list them. ... any advice dear bigger pocket friends?
