How are you guys typically getting materials on-site at your projects. Do you rely on primary vendors (BMC, McCoy's, Eastside, Lowe's, HD), have runners, let subs handle, or use another service (RenoRun, TommyRun, courier)?

With everything going on the Big Box stores seem to have even slower turn around than normal. How do you handle things?

There are a couple of great places to start.
Investor Underground and Contractor Underground are Facebook groups with a ton of activity on it.
Austin Infill Coalition is a private group of investors and developers - membership is around $200 a year but everyone there knows their stuff.
HBA might be an option.

Those top two are probably the places I'd start. Facebook first because it's free.
