@Curt Davis

It is hard to explicitly ask a real estate investor, especially from my age and someone I do not fully know to directly mentor me. They do not have time for me, just as a CEO would skip through all the emails he thinks do not matter everyday. Yes, I will keep going to my local REIA. Thanks for the advice.

Hey, I am only a 17-year-old and I'm learning as much as I can. On my last forum, I asked what should I do to get my feet wet. I got feedback to latch onto someone else, a mentor. I have tried talking to my local real estate investors and even signed up to my local REIA club. However, it's not going to well. Are there any other suggestions as to how to get my feet wet besides for educating myself?

Hey, so you want to start investing in real estate, but you have no experience. You have read books on real estate investing, but you have not done any yet. What do you think is the best way to get out there and invest in real estate? What type of investment do you think is the easiest of the bunch, and will give you experience (even a tip of the iceberg).
