Aloha, I am new to BP. I live in Hawaii for 4 years. I am also new to real estate investing. I currently own and manage my property in Kapolei for less than a year. I hope to meet like minded people in the area for coffee to share experiences and advice regarding rental properties especially vacation rentals.

Hi I am new to this forum and would like to get more information on real estate investment here in Hawaii. Currently I have 1 property being rented out and I am renting out rooms in the place where i am living in. Do you guys have a CPA you can recommend? Preferably a CPA who also owns rental properties.
