I’m looking to convert my North Little Rock single family into a midterm rental. Is anyone familiar with the needed permits or where to find info pertaining to permits?
Im currently located overseas and looking for a Mid Term Property Manager thats able to furnish and list my single family.
Currently looking for a MTR property manager within the Little Rock AR area.
I was hoping to put $10K into the deal.
Property is being utilized as a Mid term rental
Purchase price $175K ARV $220K projected rents $2K per month

Is is possible to utilize hard money for the downpayment to build a multi family residential (2-4 plex). Upon completion of construction and after the seasoning period, then refinance in order to pay off that hard money?
