I need to build up cash now. I desire to rake in success asap.
I would be eager to know exactly what forms to keep on the front seat next to me when I locate that ideal potential house and/or flipper. Likewise how to build my buyers list, how to get the word out about myself, and how do I work short sales when I been told that only a very select few realtors in my area truly know how to short sale successfully.

Please keep me up to date with info on wholesaling and birddogging. I could use the push

:idea: Just popped into this site late tonight, glad that I made the click into BP, I had actually heard of the site on a podcast a couple of days ago-strange, huh.
I have a desire to create money sooner than later by wholesaling , or assignments. I am very new and I truly need to get focused with out any further let downs from Gurus, and seminar carousels. I want to learn non-stop and build a portfolio of long term residuals and immediate cashflow with the correct strategies.
My interest has formed from personal losses in real estate. I really want to get this in my head so that I can use my gifts to build up cashflow and certainly help others when I really get it together and have some clarity.
I also realize that it is a great time to invest in RE , I just want to catch the boat before it leaves again without me. LOL - I will take all of the advice with good intention that comes my way. Thanks Chris
