I need a job in order to raise capital for real estate investing. I'm looking into becoming a transaction coordinator in Northern California, because someone at a real estate meetup said it would be a good option for me as a beginning investor to break into the world of real estate while trying to earn money, learn, and build my credit score all in one. I looked into it, and I agree. What do agents look for? Is it even entry-level? What kinds of prior experience is required, as I have none? If no, then what could I do in order to become more hire-able? Or, what other jobs related to real estate could I do? I Googled it, but I thought I'd ask on here aswell.

Currently I am sitting on my couch every day listening to podcasts and taking notes. That's my project. I hate "normal" jobs. I am desperate to start real estate investing.
