Great video!  How were you able to only need about $5,000.00 in the bank for this purchase?  Were you able to get financing outside of a bank?

I am interested in  replacing our current household income from our own business with profits from real estate. I am interested in flipping and owning rentals for retirement. My husband works 80 hours a week and  I work 40 hours per week to make our business work and we need to get out of this rat race! We have excellent credit and some $ to start with but not sure where or how to start.
