am i allowed to live as an owner in an owner occupied property part time during that first year? even though relatives would live there full time?—-would i get in trouble if spending part of the year in the property and the other part in a rented property by my significant other?—-i am not planning on getting any other property or loan is just the owner occupancy term if im not there 100%
