Hey everyone,

I am a newbie to real estate and to BP and wanted to introduce myself and request some help from you guys. Currently, I live in a 1/1 apt in Altamonte Springs, FL and am starting to look for a house. My goal is to buy a 2-4 bedroom home in an attractive location. And in about 5-10 years, my goal is to buy another house and allow this initial house to rent. My budget is around $200-300K and looking to buy in Orlando,

Does anyone have good recommendation for a real estate agent who can help me in my new home search? If so please advise!

Hey everyone,

I am a newbie to real estate and to BP and wanted to introduce myself and request some help from you guys. Currently, I live in a 1/1 apt in Altamonte Springs, FL and am starting to look for a house. My goal is to buy a 2-4 bedroom home in an attractive location. And in about 5-10 years, my goal is to buy another house and allow this initial house to rent. My budget is around $200-300K and looking to buy in Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, and Baldwin Park area. I am looking for a house/condo/townhouse that is relatively new in regards to build and/or renovation and in a location in which I can easily rent out once I buy a new property in about 3-5 years.

Does anyone have good recommendation for a real estate agent who can help me in my new home search? If so please advise!
