Theres just so much to soak in on this forum I have been trying to learn it all.

Well Im a mortgage broker by day. So if anyone has any mortgage specific questions id be glad to give some insight.

I plan on purchasing 2 properties within the next month both with bank financing.

Ive basically been a sponge over the last 2 years and researching and learing from everyone I can and then I sort through the info keep what is relevant to my situation and move on.

I really respect how MikeOH runs his buisness and I look forward to learning from everyone on this forum as well!

Hello everyone ive been trolling around on this site for about a month now and decided to join up! Im 23 and just recently purchased my first home REO style. It is going to be my primary residence for a while.

I am now looking to purchase 4 more rentals this year and 2 property rehabs :beer:
