Hey y'all, I'll make this short

I have a property that I own & live in with some roommates, I've recently had a new roommate move in a few months ago and she's been amazing. The problem is that recently her girlfriend has been staying over every night for almost 2 weeks and hanging out on her days off while the roommate goes to work. Honestly, I don't mind too much personally but it almost seems as if she's "moved in" and I don't want my guest to become a tenant.

Still being new & unfamiliar with investing and house hacking in general, is this something I should address before it gets too out of hand? Whats the best way to go about it?
