Has Anyone successfully used a funnel to capture seller leads. Curious as to the target market demographics , item of value or lead magnet you used and success rate for FB ad campaigns vs direct mail or other media spending?

I have used click funnels for retail real estate lead generation. Works good . easy integrates into your CRM. Trick with any sales funnel is a having a good lead magnet or Item of value to entice buyer/seller/ lead to give you their contact information.
