I paid off my primary property and the deed just have my name on it. How do I go by to add my kids name on the deed or how do I get a new deed for my property with their names on it, so I can file it with the county clerk.

If a tenant refused to grant access to the property to take pictures inside of every room inside the house for sale purpose, what kind of action can be taken toward that tenant. It state in the lease that they must do so, but still refuse to.
