I think it will take some time to rent it out. There are a lot of vacant office spaces in downtown. The largest employers in the area are government. Most private businesses migrated north toward the march ln area. There are a lot of banks and service firms that conduct business with the government such as law offices. The city has/is putting a lot of funds toward improving the area so there is future potential.

Sounds good Mr Martin.

I will attempt to go, I will rsvp when I know for sure. The funny thing is I will actually be in SF on that date to watch the Giants play. My lender got me box seats. Looks like the game starts around 7pm so I may be able to stay for an hour or so. Do you think it would be ok to stop by for an hour or so?

I would love to see what this is all about.

Hello.

Just signed up and I though I would introduce myself. I am a real estate broker/owner one in Tracy and one in Brentwood. Born and raised in Tracy, ca. I have two young boys and a beautiful wife who is also my business partner. My parents are also brokers and I grew up around the real estate business (I hosted my first open house when I was 12). I am 34 years old and I have been licensed for 11 years now. I work with mostly with investors. Currently we manage over 300 single family homes, a few apartment buildings and commercial properties. The areas I concentrate in are Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, Brentwood and Antioch. I am not trying to find business through this site just interested in learning and contributing what I can. I really want to learn more about the commercial side of the business. I have been an active lurker and reader of the articles for many years now and though I would start contributing and learning from this forum more actively.
