The other side to this topic are close friends and family. There can be those that tell you that you just can't do it or that it is a bad idea. The nay sayers. Especially for those just starting out or thinking about starting. My best advise is to seek out a local REIA club and surround yourself with like minded people. Everyone needs positive reinforcement if we're going to succeed.

Bob Diamond has a webinar tomorrow, the 6th. I'm sure the main point is to sell his system, as usual. I'm going to catch it anyway and see if there is an idea or two on commercial wholesaling I can pick up. The idea of doing that sounds interesting. I'm pretty sure most of what he has to say can be picked up from someone here on BP. I don't know how legitimate he is, I've only heard about him in the last few weeks, but I think it'll be interesting to watch.

I'm sorry for the impression that I was giving. I don't like spam either. I am new to this forum and what I was trying to do was to offer for free what this person was obviously trying to sell you. It was my attempt at getting back at the spammers. Again, My apologies.

What they are offering is an SEO or Search engine optimization. There is a fairly easy way to do this.
1. Type your site into the google search box.
2 On your results page, look down the left side and click on " wonder wheel "
3. You will see results consisting of up to 8 keyword searches that closely match yours.
4. Next, open up another tab and do a google search for "external keyword tool"
5. Click on the result for "keyword tool - google adwords"
6. In the "word or phrase" box type in each of the suggestions from the wonder wheel. One per line.
7. Type in the verification word at the bottom and hit search.
8. You will see a list of keyword searches. Hit "global monthly searches" to sort.
9. You can go to the bottom of the list and change "show rows" to 100 if you want to see more results.
10. You can click "download" and save to an excel file if you like. The excel file will show month by month results for the last year. You can check for trends throughout the year. It also shows how much people are paying for certain keyword too. Don't ask me why, I don't get it either.
If you can, use as many of the most popular keyword searches in you website name or content.

I've played around with this and it looks pretty interesting. I would be interested to hear what you all come up with.
