@Matthew Baltzell ,I am Very interested in becoming involved in your group. I fit into the description you mentioned of no prior experience but a string desire to make a better life for my family! My wife went thru a life changing brain infection last year and has permanent physical challenges and I want to be able to provide her with the best care and opportunities I can along with our 9 kids! I have a deep desire to learn and would be willing to do whatever I’m able to. I really like the thought of multi family units. I currently live in Layton Utah. I did used to own a duplex that we lived in and rented the other half and seen the power of multi unit properties.

I would like to hear some stories about peoples first wholesale deals. How they found them, how long they took and strategies used.

I just want to take a second and say thanks for all the people involved to put together such a great sight. I am part way through the beginner's guide and have to say what a phenomenal free tool for educating the new Investor!!
