A tenant owes us over $15,500 in back rent. COVID + CDC eviction moratoriums are killing us. Has anyone offered to pay a tenant to leave?

We seek a General Contractor to complete permits and begin demolition in late Oct. We will be grateful for references to A+ General Contractors in the Seacoast area of NH (North of Boston, MA)
