I have two newly renovated SFR Properties in Kansas City. I have a management team in place and everything is set up ready to rent. I simply don't have the time to handle them. Looking to sell. $30,000 for one and $35,000 for the other.

We are looking for properties that we can rehab and sell. We are typically looking for 3/2, that cost around 40,000, need 40,000 in work and sell for around 120,000. We are flexible on those numbers, but that is the target.
