I've seen them online. Looks like they there is 3-4 of them that are about to go up at auction. Is that a solid enough area though?

I'm looking to get started investing in property. I'm looking for a solid multi family property in the Tulsa area. Are there any wholesalers on here that have a

Roberto that isn't listed because I'm having a tough time finding anything that isn't in a total disaster area. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

They always say location is the most important thing when it comes to investing in real estate. My question is what technically makes a 'good location?' I'm just now getting into this and have been looking for a multi family property over the last month or so but can't lock in exactly where to look. Does a good school district with close amenities work or is it better to look for places maybe around a busy downtown area? I live in Tulsa if that helps. Thanks for any feedback. I really appreciate it.
