Hello, My name is Susan and I am newbie to this site.  I've been part-time investing for 12+ years.  I have purchased short-sells, foreclosures, rehab/flips, multi and single-family buy and holds, and raw land investments.  My investments have been centrally located from Marion to Hickory down to the Charlotte, NC area.   My portfolio has ebbed and flowed over the past few years.  I'm looking to connect with other investors to see what's happening in the area.  I've pretty much been doing my own thing and haven't really networked for deals in several years.  I thought this might be a good time to see who's out there.
