We currently have 13 properties totaling 19 doors.  Its getting harder to keep track of things.  What are some software choices that are rental property focused for managing the property and accounting/financials?  I know Quickbooks can do the financials but I am looking for something that will also help with the management, like history of when and what things were repaired and also reminders for upcoming maintenance tasks.  Integrated online rent payments would be great too.  Any advice or opinions on something I can look at is appreciated.
