I hate to bump such an old thread but does mortgage liens get erased once a tax deed is won at one of these auctions in Texas?

Can you guys take a quick glance and tell me if I'm trying to hard to make this work?

Rents for 550 in one unit and 695 in the other
$110,000.00 asking
5.25% Interest
16 years
15k Down
2011 Tax- $2109.74
Insurance $1,163.00
