In essence we provide financial assistance to families or individuals that have that need.That funding comes from state and local government.Candidates for rental assistance must find their own landlord prior to receiving help. It's a very small amount,so we have to screen very closely in terms of ensuring eligibility. I hope this helps you in your analysis.

I'm currently Vice-President of a not for profit. We provide an array of social services (housing, food, rental assistance, computer classes,etc.)
I had this passion for RE investor for some time so I finally decided to take the plunge and do foreclosures.
