I am purchasing for 225 with an offer of 340

I currently have a lease option on a home I'm living in, home is worth between $350,000 and $370000 but I have a standing offer of $340000, the purchase price would be less than $225,000. My problem is I recently went through a divorce so my credits not that great so I can't qualify for a conventional loan how do I find an investor  loan that I could qualify for like for like a bridge loan or something like that that can fund quickly. I looked at a couple crowdfunding sites but they mostly say no owner-occupied.

 The offer I have on the house is pretty much a sure thing as far as them getting financed, I've looked into doing the double escrow option but that won't work out with them obtaining a loan.
