Hello everybody!  I have been lurking for nearly a couple years now, but finally have the rest of my life stabilized to where I can focus on my first real estate investment!  I am a construction superintendent in the Denver area and looking to buy my first property in Boulder County for a house hack when I attend grad school in Fall 2021.  I know the Boulder market is expensive, so I need to find a great fixer-upper and I also need financing!  I want to close on my first property this Fall/Winter and be living and house hacking in it by August 2021.  For now, I am in the education process and reading all I can.  I would love to start meeting up with experienced people and surround myself the right people to keep me focused since nobody I know currently seems too interested in real estate investing.  Let’s meet!
