Can the buyer receive more in credits than the closing costs in Missouri? Does the law differ from State to State? I thought the buyer could leave closing with a check if the credits from buyer were more than the closing costs, but my agent says otherwise.

Would like to pay for an hour of a REI savy CPA to ask several questions regarding my business and also to vet if I'd like to use them for my taxes. So I'm looking for some recommendations.
