Hello,
I just purchased a 6 flat in Chicago. I have a tenant that has a lease ending on 9-30-22 and I do not want to renew and would like them to move out. Is anything besides 30-day notice required? Is email notification sufficient or do I need to post it on their door?

Hello,
I am under contract for my first 6 unit building in Chicago near Midway airport. I am looking for a handyman to make some basic upgrades found on the building inspection. I need a window pane replaced, some some alarms installed, and some stove exhaust fans replaced.
