I'm looking for members who may have invested with Lynk Capital.  Seems like a great fund with decent returns and total transparency.  Does anyone have knowledge or experience with the company?

Working on my first potential flip. Property is owned by HUD. Record search indicates that bank granted Warranty Deed to HUD. Should I still get Title insurance if we succeed in negotiating a deal?
