I am in Antioch all the time, Jerry. I love the area. The kids loved walking up and down the streets this Christmas and looking at the Dickens characters. Pretty cool!

I live in Volo, Illinois which is in Lake County. I'm previously from McHenry, Illinois and Before that Grantsburg, WI (which is in the NW part of the state in Burnett County).

I owned a small construction company in 2006, but when the bubble burst, we did, too. 

I've always had a passion for real estate investing but never really knew how to get started. I discovered BP and the BP podcast and am finally ready to get things going. 

 My goal is to buy my first property in the next 3-6 months and flip it. I'm also trying to learn how to find investors as we don't have a lot of money of our own. 

I also realize that networking is one of the most important aspects for long-term success in any business, really, but especially this industry. I look forward to meeting you!
