Some of those signs are very legit!! I would just call them & feel it out. Investing 101 is you never know. I mean, I know I'll waste 10 mins of my time calling these guys to maybe start a great wholesale relationship that leads to a deal. Some of these guys are providing 10-15 deals a month. wink wink ;)
