Hey Dave!!  So nice to hear from someone for NYC!!  I'm no longer in Property Management; I have since moved on to full time sales.  My property manament experience helps with maintaing my current clients and assist new investors with their purchases.  Anyway, i just wanted to introduce myself. Thank you!!
