I am attempting to sell my double wide mobile home in a park. My question involves management and  their refusal to approve buyers. My neighbor had 14 people that were turned down before he got an approval. The park refused to tell him why they were refused and one of the parties they refused were police officers. I can understand felons or child molesters but they refuse to tell owners why the buyers are refused. I don't see how this can be legal. What can I do to avoid this scenario?  Thanks
