Anyone looked into this? Seems STR businesses would be an ideal fit for this sort of assistance.

My entire rest of March and April appear to be impacted.

Now all my guests flying in from Europe will qualify for extenuating circumstances. Crap!

I'm having to deal with this as well. Most folks don't qualify for a refund per ABB's policy. However, it does seem crude to just reject their request for a full refund. What type of copy are you guys using to cushion the blow when communicating to your guest that they will not get a full refund?

Just had my first cancellation. Luckily I was able to keep half. I told the guest that if I rebook I would give him a full refund. It's only 2 weeks away so not feeling confident.

This should be peak season

Just got this

We have a strict cancellation policy but folks can still cancel without penalty due to extenuating circumstances such as this.

Some guests are writing and starting to hedge a possible coronavirus-related cancellation. Hopefully it doesn't happen, as these are the biggest money making months of the year.

A beach town in a year-round warm area should do well. I'm in SFL and the only slow months are September and October mostly because kids are back to school and it's hot and humid as hell here.
